Can a solar generator power my RV air conditioner?

Our Titan Boost and 240sp have been built specifically to handle large surge capacities and power needs. However, it’s critical that you how many watts your RV air conditioner uses before purchasing to know if our systems can manage your specific energy needs.
A/C units will cycle intermittently to regulate your RV’s temperature. The fan will run continuously, but the compressor will cycle to maintain the temperature according to your thermostat setting.
An average 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner typically requires 2,700 to 3,000 watts to start and 1,500 to 1,800 watts to run. However, this can vary depending on the brand of AC unit, BTU, your RV’s size and insulation, and outside/inside temperatures and humidity.
